LIBERA is a Bolivian civil society that promotes the study and dissemination of personal, political, economic, and religious freedom and responsibility; working with young professionals and university students. Their mission is to engage young people to creatively build a fairer Bolivia and to be a space for the formation of leaders at the service of a more just and supportive Bolivia.
