Wings of Change Charities

Wings of Change Charities is a hands-on group of growing volunteers which chooses to focus on three shelters in the Philippines to help them become organized and well-run facilities for which they can create a model for other communities to copy. Wings of Change creates livelihood projects to generate additional food for the kids and women's shelter such as growing rice, raising chickens, raising tilapia, and planting vegetable gardens.
